Scott MacDonald is the Founder and Managing Director of New Mills Scotland Limited, an entrepreneurial private equity firm focused on acquiring and growing exceptional businesses for the long term. With more than 20 years of experience leading transformation, operational improvement, and large-scale integration programmes, Scott has built a reputation for delivering measurable results across multiple industries and international markets.
Unlike traditional investors, Scott approaches every acquisition as an operator. Having led complex business transformations, managed organisations with multi-million-pound revenues, and played a key role in major acquisitions and integrations, he understands the challenges business owners face from both sides of the table.
